Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage at time of your appointment. We will submit to your insurance company so you can get reimbursed, as per your coverage.

We will submit to ALL insurance companies including secondary insurance. If you need to see a specific dentist on a list in order to maximize your insurance benefits, we ask that you determine those providers.

We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover, as well as checks and cash payments. We also offer financial plans through Care Credit.

Payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (614) 336-7643.

See above! We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
