Frequently asked questions

What do you need to know about Invisalign?

As one of our most popular dental care services, we know what concerns you might have. Please feel free to call or email us with any other questions!

At your first visit we’ll take 3D images of your mouth to create your custom plastic forms. You will have a new set of aligners about every 2 weeks that slowly and gently straighten your teeth.

Invisalign is the most non-invasive and least painful teeth straightening option we have found in our decades of experience. You may experience mild discomfort as you adjust to the clear braces and your teeth slowly align.

On average an adult will take about one year. The average number of aligners worn is between 18 and 30 for the limited types of Invisalign we offer. More complex or advanced cases may be referred to an orthodontist. It all depends on what your unique smile needs!

You’ll be visiting us about once every 6 weeks to ensure that your teeth alignment is progressing as planned.

Cost is based on how many aligners your smile needs and total treatment time. Contact us to discuss options.

We usually recommend wearing a retainer to maintain your straight teeth, as teeth tend to move throughout a lifetime.

Take a step towards a lifetime of great oral health.
